Wiping hard drive

[Windows 10]

I have my old work laptop (not too old) that I have been trying to get back to the company I resigned from for over a year. Guess it's mine now. Anyway, I want to wipe the hard drive and start fresh. Here is the issue: Bitlocker is enabled on it. I can remember that pin no prob. But, I forgot my windows login password. I downloaded a Windows installer to thumb drive and rebooted to see if that would help. Nope. Any suggestions? HP ProbookSSDWindows 10
