Recently, I found a need to use a usb to install windows xp on my old laptop for an experiment I want to run, but I saw an error code 0x000007b and found a program that can fix it called winsetuptousb, and I verified that it works with video tutorials with the exact same situation. I looked it up and some websites say it is malicious, and some do not. Most programs recognize it as safe such as microsoft defender and mcafee, while some like bitdefender and virustotal detect it as a threat.
