Winring0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.

I have been experience issues on my computer with cpu and gpu utilization and assume it is being used to mine because the utilization goes way down when I leave taskmanager open. I have tried a bunch of solutions but none seem to work. I have even installed a fresh version of windows and completely wiped my drives but it didnt help. I have ran FRST64 and have attached the files it provided me with.
