Winget for Windows

Downloaded 1 program from MS Store (have removed it since then) and now on UCheck Winget ghosts and UCheck says it's old version but nothing I can do helps (even tried install new version but no avail) so how do I get rid off it? Doesn't appear on Apps.Don't want or need it.You really need to add Other on selections.
