Winfows 11 will not reinstall on same PC after HDD died citing not meeting m8nimum requirements

I had win 11 installed on my PC. My HDD fied and I bought the exact same one to reinstall winfows and now its telling me my PC does not meet thw minimum requirements? What can I do? This windows was already installed, how come it will not work now?
