WindowsUpdateCleanup won't delete

Windows update cleanup is not getting removed through disk cleanup and settings app. It used to be removed but after a while it stopped I ignored it I thought it was gonna get fixed by Windows updates. But after a while I tried it again and it still won't get removed it is more than 4gb and it is not ideal having that on a 256 gb ssd. So I would like to remove it I tried a few things like StartComponentCleanup but it got stuck at 20% and said the operation was done. Which I checked with AnalyzeComponentStore but it said 9gb is total size and it is recommended to clean up I ran the StartCompone
