Windows11Instaiion Pop-Up

I used Malwarebytes to remove viruses, which it did (I think). but now I kept getting an error message telling me that C:\Users\JohnM\AppData\Roaming\windows11installationassistant\windows11instalaiion.scr can't be found error. I looked at the detection history and one of the viruses called Trojan.MalPack.PES.generic had that same directory. I saw another forum explaining this and tried replacing it with a blank doc. I now have the error "This app can not run on your PC." I updated Windows, ran many virus detections, followed tech support, and searched many places, but nothing worked. Does any
