Windows11 won't restart on brand new pc

[Windows 11]

Brand new pc with windows11 installed, it worked for two days then said installing updates. It said it would restart but didn't. Tried everything it instructed but wouldn't restart. Now it just won't do anything. I'm not high tech, I expected it to just work. I'm not up to uninstalling stuff. Only got 11 because I'm forced to so why won't microsoft make it work properly.?
