Windows11 updated with Controlled Folder Access activated on ALL the C drive (and Memory Integrity ON). Something wrong?

Hi everyone, little doubt here. I set Security > Virus & Threat > Controlled Folder Access activated on ALL the C drive as well as ALL the other drives in my PC. (I have also Memory Integrity ON.)Actually, every time I install a safe app, I disable the Controlled Folder Access option, then I install the app I need, then I re-activate the Controlled Folder Access. I follow this method because when I install an app with Controlled Folder Access enabled, it happens that some part of the app doesn't install properly (so that the app is only partially installed!)My problem is that today I
