I exchanged a recently purchased Lenovo laptop device because it stopped working in less than 2 months and purchased a similar model device. I paid for the upgrade to Windows11 pro (came with home version) and want to transfer my license to the replacement device. I have spent 4+ hours on the phone Microsoft and no one is able to help me carry my Win11 Pro license to my new replacement device, a support agent asked me to pull a random Win11 Pro license key from Google and I had to reimage my device because that messed up my original Win11 license, another agent disconnected our call after an h
