Windows10 upgrade to 11 spyware on my device.

Hello and thank you for the time. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and upon startup System notifies me that there is a screen reader active on my HP 3IN1 Laptop/Desktop/Tablet. I don't use accessibility setting's. I then checked program files and task manager as well as Event viewer and noticed there were added Admin and my Owner Creator Profile had been replaced by another. How can I find the spyware? I know who it is (ex) and would like to stop it. Any advice?
