I upgraded to Windows 11 and then returned to Windows 10. After booting up, I always receive a prompt saying that there is a problem with crossDeviceService.exe, such as a missing folder. However, as far as I know, this exe is only included with Windows 11. I cannot find it on my computer and do not have permission to delete many corresponding folders. I enabled and disabled the link to phone function in the system, but still cannot solve the problem.
