It's the end of the road.

No one really knows other than Microsoft.

There might be a rollup someday - but I would not put any money on an SP4

and probably wouldn't put money on a rollup.

Two OSes have been released with multipple service packs released for one of

them already. Windows XP is already in the 'extended' support period

(through April 2014) and only then if you have SP3 installed.

For most - not having an SP4 will not be a problem. Other than businesses

who have not made the move to a newer OS by now for various reasons - I

would think most consumers will just gradually move to Windows 7 -

especially as more and more hardware vendors come out with more and more

products consumers want and they cannot use on Windows XP because the

hardware vendor doesn't support it.

Hard to day; there might be. Sometimes MS rolls the last bit up into one

more SP rather than have so many updates laying around. But I wouldn't hold

my breath.

Stop posting in all caps like everyone yelled at you in the other forum

already. Stop posting worthless information in other people's post. Just

because you had a problem doesn't mean everyone else did. I have the updates

fine as well on 10 PC's in my office.
