My apologies, Janie: I misread your initial post. I interpreted "I have not
been able to download the program to my computer" as "I have not been able
to download [as in "any"] programs to my computer."
Who does the computer belong to? Is there another anti-virus application
already installed?
What happens when you try to download/install updates from Windows Update
website (
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com)? Post any error messages
you're getting in their entirety, please.
