Windows won’t start up, and automatic repair fails

As stated, windows gets stuck in a loading screen when starting up, and automatic repair does nothing.I’ve tried reinstalling windows (it said it couldn’t), recovering from another update (it said the drive was corrupted and told me to fix it first, but completely omitted how) . I tried rebooting to safe mode too but that wouldn’t boot either. I am dual booting with pop os, but I’ve never had any issues with this in the past and POP!_OS is working fine so it must be windows that is the problem
