I am currently running windows 11 build 21H2 (OS 22000.258). I tried downloading Netflix from the Microsoft store (and many other apps), but I got error 0x80070422. I tried updating windows but got error 80070422. I tried enabling windows update service from services but got an 'Access is denied' warning/error. I tried starting the service from CMD using admin privileges but got the same 'Access is denied' message. I tried changing the registry value of disable windows update settings or something but there wasn't anything under windows update (other than default). It has something to do with
