After a new windows 10 update I found that my pc stopped being able to turn off and just popped back online. I decided to force shut down and now when I turn my pc on windows won’t boot. I can’t reset as it says my password is incorrect but I know it is not( I’ve tried old passwords too). Unsure of what to do as I’ve been looking up what to do for 3 hours and none of the solutions have helped as some require my password which it just keeps telling me that it is incorrect … if possible I would like to keep all the files on my pc. It did however allow me to use the repair windows but it just pop
