Windows Wont Boot Into Safe Mode

Hi Guys,looking for some help. I was trying to fix a Gaming Services issue and through some fixing steps I deleted "Services" in the registry. The PC failed to connect to the internet so I rebooted.1. Now when I reboot I get the FLTMGR.SYS error2. I can't reboot into Safe Mode, I get the INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE error3. When trying to restore or fix through the Advanced Options, I get asked for my password linked to my email address, and my password is always denied for both my user name and administrator, even though it is CORRECT.Are there are any ways of fixing this? Or will I need to boot
