Windows won't boot, can't turn on my PC

Please let me talk to an actual person. Holy mackerel. My computer wouldn't shut down last night through the Start menu, so I hard shut it down, and now it won't boot. Someone please let me talk to an actual person these robot AI calls are driving me up the wall.
