Windows won't boot after update

[Windows 11]

Last night windows prompted me to update and shut down, now when I start my computer im stuck on the screen before boot up and prompted to enter bios or the boot menu. No buttons work and I cannot progress past this screen. The bios date and time is wrong and also stuck and I tried restarting three times to force system recovery but that does nothing either.https://i.imgur.com/TP4TN4D.jpegI am stuck on this screen.
