Windows will not install onto my custom PC's SSD drives

I just built a new computer with two Samsung SSD drives attached onto my motherboard. I am trying to custom install Windows with a thumb drive. For some reason they aren't showing up in UEFI BIOS.When I get to the Windows install screen I can't enter my product key (it's for windows enterprise which isn't an option so I select Windows 10 Home) but everything is fine until I have to custom install windows. Despite having formatted both completely new SSD partitions I get the error message:"We couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more information, see the Setup log File
