Windows wifi not working after installing Windows Insider update

Hello, I am believe that i amcurrently on the build 10.0.22635.2771 and i got wifi problems. In the Wifi menu, it says that i am connected to it but there was no internet and my tablet is connected just fine. I tried doing a Network Reset but because i don't have wifi it can't download back the networkk adapters. I also tried clearing the DNS cache and doing a network troubleshoot but none of it worked. I also tried restoring an old system restore point but it would never finish no matter how long i left it on, i also can't leave the Windows Insider Program because i'm not connected to wifi. W
