Windows voice recorder crashes

I used Windows Voice recorder without any problems. But after the update to Windows 11 it crashes as soon as I hit record button. I tried the solution I'd found on the internet. I uninstalled Voice Recorder, then took ownership of WindowsApps folder and deleted all the folders with soundrecorder in it. It worked fine, except for three files which I couldn't remove, despite having granted myself access to these folders. Then I reinstalled Voice Recorder, but the problem is still the same. Windows troubleshooting app is of no use, either. Help!
