Windows Vista wont boot and I dont have a repair disk. What do I do?

I have a windows vista dell pc and when I try to boot it, it restarts and said failed to boot. I have many files that I want to get but I cannot boot the pc. One day it booted, I powered it off and than the next day I turned it on and it wouldnt boot. This happend in november of 2024 and still doesnt work. Is their a way to fix this?
