Windows upgrade from Home to Pro

We paid for an upgrade for Windows 11 home edition to professional unfortunaley we weren't able to use that upgrade because of error the support guys tried but failed to resolve the issue , so we recently bought a new PC and we want to use that purchased upgrade but i can't find the option if we try to upgrade its prompting us to pay again. How can we acess the paid licencse
