Windows updates Permanent disable

Hi i have followed 4 Ways How to Disable Windows Auto Update | Action1 Blog but its not working, Once diable windows updatesand testing purpose i clicked Check for updates button then all function automatically resumed. So my test machine all OEM license expired every time.
