i have the "searching for updates" running without result bug and am advised that i need to have KB 3138612 and KB 3145739 installed if the update program is to work, i have the first installed, KB 3145739 does not show in my installed programs list but if i try to download it windows installer refuses to work as "this update is already installed"....I thought that the patch might be in hidden updates but when i went to look at my hidden updates i found that i had none; which is strange as i install updates manually hiding those that i don't fancy (or which have known issues!) and i know that only two weeks ago i hid at least one update and there were others in there then. Anybody help?
