I'm running Vista recently regained internet access so I booted the laptop up and started to update as there were 20 important updates available. I started it went to bed and in morning update was at 0% still trying to run. I have tried the fix posted here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058#/en-us/kb/971058 that only managed to get 6 of the 20 updates installed.
