windows update wont let me play ANY GAMES

Ever since the 24h2 update my pc been all messed up. i can barely get online without crashing i cant play ANY games that have easy anti cheat. computer all of a sudden says it does not trust anti cheat. i already seen that 24h2 is giving problems to multiple people is there a solution to this.
