Windows Update Stuck at 0 on First Boot

So I opened up my brand new laptop chose, English for the keyboard then it goes automatically to windows update and gets stuck at 0% won’t even boot into windows, so I’m a bit stuck here, only thing I can really do is reboot it but this don’t work
