Windows update stops everytime at 7% running into a problem

[Windows 11]

The updates that are failing are telling me that some files of the update are missing or are having issues. Well try installing this update again later. Error code 0x80070003 for both of them. The update never goes away, I cant restart the computer normally as its forcing me to update, taking 10 minutes just to fail again. Ive had this problem for at least 2 months now. Im on Windows 11 Home, build number 26100.1742 24H2.
