Windows Update not working

[Windows 10]

I've been using Windows 10 version 1909 for a while and I randomly stopped getting updates from Windows Updater. I don't remember exactly when, but my last update was in 2022. I have not been receiving updates since then. I tried updating manually to Windows 10 version 22H2, but it just undoes the changes for some reason. I also tried resetting Windows Update services; it didn't work either. If anyone can help me update to 22H2 that would be great. Thanks.
