Windows Update Loop: Unable to Complete Cumulative Update (KB5050021)) on Windows 11

On Jan 15 2025 I received a 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021)After the update I keep getting prompts from Windows Update for system restart:I have restarted several times and I am still getting the prompt.I followed the suggestion for the similar issue (Redirecting) but it did not help:
