I have tried everything that I can without resetting. Several things I have tried are:Installing smaller updates, running DISM with both online and local repair media, manually installing updates from the update catalog, running an in-place upgrade, running CHKDSK, using third-party repair tools, deleting the SoftwareDistrobution folder, waiting for newer updates, and updating in safe mode.
