Windows Update KB5052093 corrupted my Taskbar

After installation of this Update, my Search Window does not accept input, "Search" from the Windows Start button does not work, and the Calendar does not open by clicking on the Taskbar time & date. I have done a Clean Boot. Stopping all non-MS services and disabling all Startup Programs did not fix the problem. SFC found and fixed corrupt files, but did not fix my problem. CHKDSK reported no problems. DISM would not run because "The source files could not be found." Uninstalling the Update fixed the problem, but of course it came back with the next Update, KB5053598.
