Windows update KB2267602 (Version 1.413.628.0) - Current Channel (Broad) NOT installing

This update has been stuck installing on my W11 home system for several days. It shows 0% installed. how do i resolve this? the windows update troubleshooter does NOT help. Trying to use the net stop bits, net stop wuauserv and renaming the folders does NOT help. Unable to get access to the catroot2 to rename it. Can someone help?
