Windows update install error - 0x8007042b

Hello,I've been getting an error each time I attempt to install the latest windows update (0x8007042b). I've tried both the main branch and the insider preview branch, with both getting the same error. It gets nearly to the end of installing, then my screen goes completely blank for around 2 minutes and undoes the update. I've attempted all the relevant solutions I could find online (chkdsk, installing from ISO, etc). Here's the setuperr.log from my latest attempt, any help would be greatly appreciated!
