Hello. I've got a Sony Vaio and Windows XP Home Edition. After installing
July's Windows Update, Windows only reaches the loading bar screen on the
next boot-up. The only way to have the notebook running is by booting it into
Safe Mode, then restarting Windows in its normal mode.
I've tried restoring the system to an earlier date but it hasn't worked out
the whole issue, simply because when the notebook tries to restart, the
original problem is there again: the system cannot progress further than the
loading blue bar screen. I haven´t installed any software other than the
Windows Update that is downloaded automatically.
PLEASE, HELP!!!!
THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!
