Windows update fail. Lost onedrive and files

Hi. i hope someone can help. windows failed to update twice! Since then i cannot access one drive from my desktop and any files i had. i can only access one drive online. i have tried to uninstall onedrive and unlink my PC. However when i try to download one drive. It is coming up with the message "you akready have a newer version". i cannot find/open onedrive anywhere!!
