Windows Update Fail and sfc scan found issues. Please Help

Windows updates results in "something didn't go as planned..." going from 22H2 to 23H2. I tried the disk partition method and troubleshooting windows update. They did not work. I also tried sfc /scannow and I got the following: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
