Windows update error encountered (0x8007000d) (KB5048652)

My device is currently missing security and quality fixes. I was about to update my device with the quality update of latest 2025 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048652). As soon as the installation is at 100%, it fails with a message, "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)." The error code is 0x8007000d.
