Windows update error dolby and intel

Hi there, i noticed that when i click windows update, " updates failed " i am windows 11 and everything is up to date but it says that dolby and intel retry but when i click it it keeps saying retry it just doesnt wnat to update so what is the matter i have a lenovo thinkpad gen 2 e 15
