After my computer hung up whist going to a previous restore point .I lost my windows activation, the start menu does not work and updates are getting the above error message.I have tried an in place repair but that did not work and i am told that is because of the update issues i am having.The problem started on 22 November 2024.I have managed to get my account activated.the windows update troubleshooter could not find the problem.today update 2025-02 cumulative update for windows 10 version 22H2 (KB5051974) downloaded ok but when reaching 100% installation error code 0x800f0831 appeared.As th
