Windows Update Error Code: (0x8007000d)

Hi,I have 2 pending package for an update which are2022-08 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5012170) 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5016616)But when I'm trying to download both package I got an error (0x8007000d). I noticed that once the Installing of the update started the services of BITS and Window update suddenly stop even the start-up type set to Automatic.
