Windows Update error 800B0100 on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I've been trying to update my computer and I keep receiving error 800B0100 no mater what ever I try to do. I downloaded the Readiness tool but it didn't work. The trouble shoot don't help either. No matter what I do Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932).

Is their any methods that can fix this problem?
