Windows Update error 0x800F0922: 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040427).

Fresh Windows install, only a few weeks ago. Gets to 100%, but then starts undoing changes. Does the same thing if attempting to update to Windows 11. Have tried all the normal recommendations such as running the troubleshooter, checking efi partition, disabling antivirus, etc. Nothing seems to help. CBS.zip
