Windows Update downgrades Intel ARC graphics drivers after they've been updated.

I've installed Intel ARC graphics drivers for my Lenovo Slim 7i (Intel Core Ultra 7 155H) multiple times only to have Windows Update downgrade them on the next update scan. The most recent update was to 32.0.101.6647, and it always downgrades to 31.0.101.5449, which is not even available for download on Intel's website anymore. I've tried multiple ways to disable this via Group Policy Editor, registry changes, and turning off device updates in system properties.
