Windows update doesnt work, I swear Ive tried so many different solutions for this. Its been 2 years.

Ive been trying every way to repair my windows update, ive tried almost all the things said online but still cant find a way, it says windows are missing certain files. Can someone please help me, even Media Creation Tool doesnt work. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME END THIS..
