Before update to 20H2 speakers were working perfectly fine. After update, not so much. Roll back update, speakers work. Update again, not working. (Bluetooth earbuds, no problems).

Things I have checked/tried.

Mixer-Set where I want it. Volume is on.

Settings-Speakers are the default output.

Troubleshooter-Came down to "let's re-install the audio driver", no change.

Update Driver-No change.

It looks like it comes down to to an issue with the driver for the speakers. Under Audio Inputs and Outputs, Speakers, I see this in Events:

Device SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.0.00000000}.{41a629b2-f532-49ec-99ee-6f5c238c5d08} was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Also, I'm fairly certain Audio Endpoint was not what was being used pre update, if that matters. Any ideas on how to fix this? It's incredibly frustrating.
