Windows Update broke my computer, and wont let me get back onto my windows account

I was trying to download the 2023-2024 Cummulative Windows Update but when I did it led to an error, and then i tried troubleshooting the windows update error (because it told me to) and then I had to restart. After I restarted I tried it again, and this time it let me restart, but when I restarted It didnt let me back onto the windows account because it said "PIN is currently unavailable, click here to set up your PIN" or something like that and when I tried to set it up, the screen turned black with my cursor showing but nothing else showing, not even task manager.
